Restore License in Admin Portal

Restore License in Admin Portal

1. Log into the Admin Portal: https://www.storesonlinepro.com/admin. The login credentials are the same as the ones for IDB.
2. Search the license in "Account ID." If it comes up, right-click and select "Delete." Wait for the email confirmation that it has been deleted. If no account ID comes up, move on to step 3.
3. Click on the "Restore" tab.
4. Right-click on the desired restore point and select "Restore." A confirmation email will be sent.
5. Once restoration is complete, go back to "Accounts."
6. Double click on the license.  Search license if it does not appear.
7. Change status from "canceled" to "preview" and save changes.
