How to Edit Categories within a Category List:
1) Under "Site" on left side of Builder
2) Select "Pages"
3) Double click on the page you wish to edit
4) Select "Elements" tab on the left side of builder
5) Double click on "Category List" (the one you want to edit is at the bottom or "Left"
6) Here you can make changes to the Category list, re-position (drag and drop), delete (right click for option) or exchange (click "..." to select a different category)
