Thank you for contacting customer support. We received your Support Request Form asking for assistance with Yourpay not taking transactions due to a change in TLS. We received your case back from engineering and they have determined that the new TLS structure was changed recently to keep up with processor changes for Paypal, Paypal Website Payments Pro, and Authorize net.
StoresOnline is not compliant with Yourpay TLS 1.2 standards. The recent changes we have updated to our TLS are within compliance of the Authorize net and Paypal processors TLS 1.2 standards only. This has been verified with both processors. We are no longer adding any new Yourpay processor configurations (changing the TLS 1.2 to Yourpay processor standards), and no longer support Yourpay processors due to this change.
StoresOnline does that the current Mandated TLS 1.2, this was updated within the last month to meet general compliance, and further standards mandated by Paypal, Paypal Website Payments Pro and Authorize net. We recommend migrating to Authorize net or Paypal for future payment processing. Sorry for the inconvenience.
