How to update billing on subscriptions within keychain:
1) once logged into Keychain, 
2) select "Subscriptions" on left side of builder under "Billing"
3) Double click on your hosting subscription 
4) Click "Activate"/ "Update" to change your billing information
Once you have updated billing be sure to email customer support to have Billing Department update.
