How to have Form notifications come from Customer Email:
* Form must first have a Customer Element, which asks for email*
        1) Under "Site" Menu on Left side of Builder
        2) Select "Forms"
        3) Double Click on the form you wish to change
        4) Scroll down to Notification Box
        5)"Email from Customer" must be turned on
        Make sure to Publish after completing changes.
