How to Create Link in Text Element: 
1) Under "Site" Menu on the left hand side of the Builder
2) Select "Pages"
3) Double Click on the page you want to add an anchor to
4) Select "Elements" tab on right side of Builder
5) Select Text Element you want to place Link in
/or Create Text Element by clicking "+" Button at bottom of Builder, Hover over "Content" and select "Text"
6) Highlight over the text you want to attach a link to
7) Click on the Link icon at the top right side of the text box. Looks like a dial with a Chain at the bottom
8) Under "Link Info" you can select to link to "URL" and link to an external website, "Email" or "Anchor in the text".  Use "Browse Server" to link to pages, products, files or images within your website.
9) Under "Target" you can decide on how you want to link to display.

Review your link in preview and make sure to publish after completing all changes.
