1) Under "Publish" menu on left side of Builder
2) Select "More"
3) Click on "Manage" Under "Backup"
4) Here you  can click the "backup" button . This will send a downloadable file to your email as well as save the backup within the Builder. *Here you can also click "restore" to activate an old Backup*​
