How to add Video to page using Flash Player:
1)Under the "Site" Menu, on left hand side of the builder
2) Select "Pages"
3) Double click on the page you wish to add the video to
4) Click "Elements" on the right hand side of the screen
5) Click "+" button at the bottom of the screen
6) Hover over "content" select "text"
7) Within the Text window, select the red circle icon for "Flash Player" on the Right Side
8)Select Browse server and click on your Video File
9) Here you can change the size of the video window and preview the video.
Make sure to publish after completing your changes.
