1) Under "Site" Menu on left side of builder
2) Select "Forms"
3) Double Click on the "Order Form"
4) Select "Elements" tab on the right side of the builder
5) Click the "+" icon at the bottom of the builder
6) Hover over "Input" and Select "Editable"
7) Here you can add Heading, instructions and the size of your answer box
