How to add a Confirmation Email to Order Form:

1) Under "Site" Menu on the left-hand side of the Builder

2) Select "Forms"

3) Double click "Order Form"

4) Select "Confirmation" tab from the right side of the Builder

5) Here you can input the form email address, by either using your real email or using a forwarding email created within the builder.

6) Select the "Confirmation Message" from the drop-down menu.

Make sure to publish after you have completed your changes5
